- Our current exhibit, All About Me: Book Arts, is on display October 1 - November 30, 2009. Vision, Strength, Access - VSA Arts of Wisconsin – proudly presents a variety of books created by students with disabilities who participated in an “All About Me” artist residency. Mounted in conjunction with the Wisconsin Book Festival with its theme “courage,” the exhibit features unique handmade books that combine original writings.

For 17th century engravings of classical architecture in Rome, see Antoine Desgodets' Les edifices antiques de Rome (1682). This volume was recently added to the collection of full text books provided in the Digital Library for the Decorative Arts. Consult the list on our subject guide.
- The library subscribes to Design Abstracts Retrospective (the retrospective of Design and Applied Arts Index). This article citation database provides coverage of more than 100 design and design-related journals that are important to the development of design in the early 20th century. Articles range from 1903-1985, with some sources back to 1894. For recent articles, consult Design and Applied Arts Index.
- Approximately 6000 of our books were digitized in the Google Book Project as a way to expand access to these important art-related historical materials.
